Regulatory Projects – CURRENT

These regulatory projects have been proposed and approved by the Board to begin the rulemaking process. The status of each project in the rulemaking process is recorded in this section. Inquiries related to these rulemaking projects should be directed to Mr. Jared Granier, Executive Director of the Board, at director@lsbvm.org. The rulemaking review process from Notice of Intent to a promulgated Final Rule can take 6 to 12 months [R.S. 49:968(H)(1)].
