The LBVM License Portal is only available for the following:

* Active DVM & DVM Faculty Licensees
* Inactive & Expired DVM Licensees
* Active & Expired RVT Registrants
* Active & Expired CAET Certificate Holders

If you have never logged into the LBVM Portal before, you will need to activate your account by clicking on “New to this site? Activate now” and activate your email address that is on file with the Board office. You should contact the Board if you are unsure what email address is on record for you. Once activated, you will receive an email with a temporary password to use for your initial login attempt. You can then log into the LSBVM License Portal with the temporary password at which time you will create three security questions and reset your password.

Remember, your username, password and answers to the three security questions are all CASE-SENSITIVE. After three failed login attempts, you will be locked out of License Portal. If this happens or you have other issues logging in, please contact the LBVM Office at admin@lsbvm.org or 225-925-6620 from 8:30am to 3:30pm on Monday-Friday.
