Attention All Current LA Licensees & Certificate Holders! — If you have not done so in the past three months, you will be required to reset your login credentials to access the LBVM License Portal by following the steps below.

1. Go to the LBVM License Portal login page.

2. Click on the “Reset Password” button, then on the next page enter your portal access email address then click “Next”.

You must use the email address that is recorded as your login credential. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email account. Copy this temporary password. Be sure to add noreply@thentiacloud.com to your safe sender’s list!

3. Return to the LBVM License Portal login page and enter your temporary password from step two to log into the portal.

4. Once logged in with your temporary password, you will create your new password.

5. You will then be able to select from two different two-stage authentication protocols. Choose either the “Enter Security Code (Email)” or “Answer Security Questions” option then “Next”. Remember, the temporary password, regular password, and security answers (if security questions option is selected) are all case-sensitive.

If you’ve had problems in the past with remembering your security questions/answers, then you can take advantage of the “Security Code” option. You will always be emailed a security code to use each time when you are logging into the system.

6. Once logged into the portal, you can now access your account for your license!
