The LBVM License and Application Portals will be undergoing a software system upgrade that is expected to occur in early- to mid-January ’25. During this system upgrade, both portals are expected to be unavailable for 2 to 3 weeks (possibly a little longer).
Additionally, as we approach the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays, the processing time will begin to be delayed for submitted applications and supplemental application material along with continuing education reviews.
During this system shutdown period, the LBVM office will be unable to receive any new applications through the LBVM Application Portal and will be unable to process any supplemental documentation received from third parties (license verifications, transcripts, etc). Current licensees will also not be able to submit any continuing education activity through the LBVM License Portal during the shutdown.
Applicants and current licensees will receive more email notifications as the exact date for the software upgrade and system shutdown is determined. Feel free to email any questions about this expected downtime to admin@lsbvm.org.
