Emergency rules are promulgated only during emergency declarations by the Louisiana Governor, with the status of each emergency rule being recorded here. Emergency rules are temporary in nature and do not require the full regulatory process as do Regulatory Proposals/Projects. Inquiries related to emergency rules should be directed to the Board’s Executive Director at director@lsbvm.org.
