Sign Up for CAET Training Workshop

Complete the short sign-up form to sign up for an upcoming workshop.

ALL documentation – including the background check AND payment – must be RECEIVED and approved by the Board Office in order to attend the training workshop.

Written notice of approval to attend must be received by the applicant from the Board in order to attend the training workshop.

If a future date is not available on the LBVM website, please contact the LBVM at admin@lsbvm.org to see when the next training course will be scheduled.
