License & Application Portals Are Open!
The LBVM License and Application Portals have been re-launched. All applicants and licensees will be required to reset their login credentials to access the new portals and have been emailed detailed instructions on how to do so.
Application Requirements & Instructions – RVT by Type
Are you a first-time LBVM applicant? If you have not yet started the online application process with the LBVM, then please select the RVT applicant type which best describes you and you will be brought to application information and instructions specific to that application type.
* New Student/Graduate – Select this option if you are a first-time applicant for examination and/or certification
* Out-of-State Certified RVT – Select this option if you are already certified, registered, or licensed as a credentialed Veterinary Technician in another state.

If you have already created an online account and started the online application process, click below to go to the LBVM Application Portal. Through the portal you can complete and submit your application and get frequent updates on any supplemental application material needed as well as status updates on your application with the LBVM. Applicants are encouraged to log into the LBVM Application Portal frequently for application updates.
